Proven Systems are a Must for the success of any business entity. We, at AU Electro Machines have, therefore, established our own Quality Systems specific to the need of the product. We are committed and follow our laid out Quality Policy. Our Quality Manual covers in details our Quality policy and the Quality systems being followed. Our unit enjoy accreditation of ISO 9001:2008 by BVQI .since 2009.

ERP PROGRAMME

Keeping up with our policy of providing efficient and quick service to our clients and keeping pace with changing business and technology environment we, at AU Electro Machines, have developed our IN HOUSE “ERP SYSTEM” which is now in operation and is being used successfully and with advantage for over past 5 Yrs.This is not an accounting but a Techno Commercial Software.

Our Core product CURRENT TRANSFORMER (CT) is customer and client specific. Hence our need is to maintain the Design and Technical records for a long period – may be as long as life of Transformer – which is typically 30 yrs. or more. With a common data base created at time of receipt of order, storing, tracking and retrieval of technical as well as commercial data is made easy and practically instantaneous.

Besides full technical parameters of the CT another over 35 basic techno-commercial inputs are fed in at the time of receipt of the order. Which includes viz. Transformer MVA, KV, Clients name etc. Delivery Challan & Invoice are created and printed thru this ERP system. Invoice is forwarded thru e-mail and invoice creation is informed to the customer thru email or SMS.

This system is also used to issue manufacturing & testing Information and test certificates as well. All test results are also fed in the system for long storage. This system also helps to check the correctness and compliance of the test results with required parameters. Various commercial analysis with varying base can be easily & quickly retrieved
