We cover range of outdoor, Live tank design , CTs upto 36 KV Class, both metering and protection accuracy. Tank is fabricated with 3 mm MS plate and mounting base is with Rolled angle for rigid fixing and strength Inside of tank is painted with oil resisting paint. Outside is enamel paint, with coats of primer and surfacer applied after sand/shot blasting of all metallic surfaces.

CT is wound over a toroidal CRGO core & can be either BAR primary or Wound primary construction as warranted by design consideration.

Special feature of our design is -Core & winding assembly is rigidly clamped with thick press board side plates and is mounted over MS base insulated with Epoxy support and bolted to the tank base. This arrangement is strong enough and CT assembly remains in position even if accidently tank is laid on side ,

An earth shield between secondary and primary windings is provided to prevent damage to secondary windings and the connected instruments in case of any fault coming on Primary end. The earth lead is brought down along with secondary leads up to the base through the hollow of the HT porcelain and terminated on to an Epoxy terminal plate . The epoxymoulded terminal plate is fixed between the HT porcelain base and bottom tank . From the outer end of epoxy plate connection are terminated in the terminal chamber.

The HT insulator & secondary porcelain bushing used are of IS Standard for easy replacement.
